Brighton claimed a second Women’s Super League victory of the season as they left West Ham still winless at home.

Rianna Jarrett’s classic bustling old-school centre-forward finish settled the contest on 69 minutes.

Battling to chase a long hopeful punt upfield, she flicked the ball over the head of West Ham keeper Mackenzie Arnold, and determinedly beat Gilly Flaherty to the jump to nod home.

The victory was Brighton’s first win since the opening day.
