Franz Wagner will be out indefinitely after recent tests showed he requires additional time and rehabilitation for soreness in his left ankle sprain. Wagner has missed 25 of the past 29 games for the Orlando Magic.
Wagner, Paolo Banchero and Jalen Suggs have only played together for 14 percent of the available games.
Wagner is averaging 21.3 points, 5.8 rebounds and 3.6 assists this season in 31.8 minutes across 28 games.
Wagner signed a five-year, $224 million extension with the Magic in the 2024 offseason.
