The Golden State Warriors are expected to sign Seth Curry alongside previously reported additions Al Horford, De’Anthony Melton, and Gary Payton, while Jonathan Kuminga’s contract extension deadline approaches on October 1st.

The Warriors currently have six open roster spots available for the upcoming season. League sources indicate these positions will be filled by Horford, Melton, Payton, Seth Curry, second-round pick Will Richard, and Kuminga pending his contract resolution.

Kuminga must decide by October 1st whether to accept a multi-year extension or his qualifying offer worth $8 million.

Seth Curry spent last season with Charlotte, averaging 6.5 points per game across 68 appearances. The veteran guard shot 45.6 percent from three-point range.

The younger brother of Warriors superstar Stephen Curry would return to the franchise where he began his career as an undrafted free agent in 2013 who was waived before the start of the 2013-14 season.
