BOL, Croatia – Top seed Tamara Zidansek authored a successful title defense at the Croatia Bol Open on Sunday.

The Slovenian rallied in both sets to defeat No.2 seed Sara Sorribes Tormo, 7-5, 7-5, to win her second career WTA 125 series title.

The top seed pulled off an incredible comeback against teenaged compatriot Kaja Juvan in Saturday’s semifinals, rallying from 4-0 and 5-3 down in the third set, and needed to again rally in Sunday’s final.
